Shipping Policy

At Nesté, we aim to make the delivery process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days of receipt. Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information where available.

 

2. Delivery Times

3. Shipping Costs

Nesté offers free shipping on all orders, worldwide. There is no minimum order value and no hidden delivery charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (where available depending on your destination and carrier). You can use this information to follow your delivery in real time.

If you have not received a tracking update within 5 working days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@nestesleep.com and we will look into it for you.

 

5. Import Duties & Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order. Nesté has no control over customs processes and cannot be held liable for any delays or charges resulting from customs clearance.

 

6. Delays & Disruptions

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control. These may include:

–       High order volumes during peak periods (e.g. sale events or holidays)

–       Customs clearance processing at your destination country

–       Carrier disruptions, strikes, or adverse weather conditions

–       Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout

In the event of a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you promptly. If your order has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.

 

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure that all delivery details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Nesté is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@nestesleep.com. We will do our best to amend the details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

 

8. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please:

–       Check with neighbours or any safe location the carrier may have left the parcel

–       Check your local post office or collection point

–       Contact us at support@nestesleep.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date

We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please note that risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
